Queries regarding filling form IMM5710E

Was filling the for extension of my open work permit , Not sure what should be the right answer for question 3 in the form which states "I am applying for one or more of the following" and the options are :

Apply for the work permit with the same employer
Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
restore my status as a worker
get a new temporary resident permit (For inadmissible applicants only)


I already have a open work permit and not sure what should be selected .
