Queries from SPP! Visa expert

I have applied to sp college in UG course
My profile is 10-8.4cgpa,12-80%(com.),ielts6 with no less than 5.5
I've applied myself without any agent tell what are the docs require for visa processing through spp
I know that spp ckeclist,Loa,fees receipt,certificates copy,ielts,medical,GIC.
Is there any thing else should I submit such as anytype visa application or sop and what about notary

Dont know what's going on.. Totally freaking out...

Is it Yes or No...????
