I have few queries regarding admission in Canada Colleges & PGWP. Please assist me.
1) Would my spouse eligible to work full time while i study in degree program in Canada?
2) Would my child get admission in school while i study as international student in Canada?
3) Would my spouse still be eligible to work full time after i get PGWP?
4) Can i apply for PR during PGWP?
May be these are some silly questions but i hope i will get suitable responses which will help me.
1. Yes I've heard that we can get work permit for our spouse for the time duration of our study. I don't know the whole process but it is possible.
2. There is a certain age limit which applies to children (I GUESS) if they could study without a study permit, as they would come on the same as your basis.
3. Yes, but you would need to apply for their work permit again after you apply for your PGWP.
4. I don't know this but there shouldn't be any restriction on applying for PR. Because my points would be eligible for PR after completing my graduate diploma (my plan) and I would apply for PR, side to side with PGWP.

As long as your child is a minor they do not need a study permit to study, you will have to pay the fees for admission. The cost could depend on the province you go to .
3) Would my spouse still be eligible to work full time after i get PGWP?
Yes, your spouse would be elegible to have a open work permit on the condition that she is
"a spouse of a skilled worker in an occupation under the National Occupational Classification (NOC)skill type 0, A or B approved to work in Canada six months or longer"
In this case the skilled worker is you. This is the same open work permit that your spouse can apply while you are studying.
For PR you need to do a English language test or a French language test at the minimum. IELTS is one of the tests you can do for PR. Do note that you will need to do IELTS general and not academic.
