Queries about CIC Job Match Services

I have an active CIC Express Entry profile, and therefore I am registered for the Job Bank service.
I used to check the Job Match page everyday, but didn't find any job match results.

Only today I found 2 results, but with completely different NOC than the ones in my profile.
The question is: can I still apply to these jobs? or will this cause problems later on?

Also, has this job matching services worked for anyone?
