I am a permanent resident wishing to renew his Indian passport from Canada. This is my current situation:
1. I no longer reside on the address printed on my passport.
2. None of my Indian documents (Aadhar, Driving license) feature the current address where my family lives.
3. I have proof of my current address in Canada.
Hence, I will need to specify a change in address when applying for a renewal.
I have the following questions to the address fields across different forms:
1. Online Application form: As a PR holder, can I ask for the printable address to be of Canada and fill the Indian Address under Other Address Details? Would this allow for the application to be accepted since I do not have the Indian Address proof?
2. If NO FOR POINT 1, what are my options to submit a proof for Indian address?
3. ANNEXURE E: Is the address to be filled here, the current address in India or my current Canadian address?
