Quebec Work Permit -exceeded processing times

Hi is anyone here have experience exceeded processing times for work permit? I applied my biometrics in my home country ( Philippines) but when i made my gckey account i put my current territory of residence (united arab emirates) since i was currently working there. Which processing times will be followed then? If Philippines its already exceeded. And also i made a follow up in webform and recieved responce saying that my application is still on process and they will process it as soon as possible. But how long is that.. Hoping that you can share your experience.
