What is difference between Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration Class and Quebec PNP skilled Worker?
Are they just one class under Quebec Skilled Worker Immigration Class? and if not can sombody for the God sake tell me the differences?

Because there is no PNP for Quebec. There is no Federal process for Quebec. They select their own Immigrants.
