I am planning to apply for same this year.

Do we need to have Ielts score and wes completed before we can submit application?

Do we update ielts score after submitting application?

For submissio, It's better to fill in your application to be ready for submission when the open intake period.

In last intake, It was long queue dua to first come first serve. But this year I think it will be different

As of now it says to create application if you have job offer.

Can we still create application even its not accepting??
