Hi,
1. Is ECA required for Quebec skilled worker profile ?
2. If yes, is WES accepted by Quebec ? If not, what is a comparative evaluation document and how to get one online ?
3. I had my WES done and have received a double degree equivalency, i.e. Two or more certificates for 4 years Bachelor's and a year-long post graduate diploma. How does it translate to Quebec education points ? Does it mean same points as bachelor's/master's ?
4. Is student work experience gained during an internship while studying counted towards the work exp points ?
5. Are there any points given for DELF B1 ?

You don’t need WES for your studies. All you need just to upload pictures of your education degrees that you have done.
