I would really appreciate it if someone can provide help with the below query.
I am in the following situation - I got my CSQ last month as skilled worker, where I am the primary and only candidate. I am together with my girlfriend since May-16, we lived together between 01-Oct-17 and 01-Oct-18, so we can now prove a common-law relationship of at least 12 months. However, since 10-Oct-18 she moved to Dublin to finish her Master Degree and she basically commutes (Dublin - Brussels) half of the time. That is going to continue only until May-19 though.
What we are planning to do now is for me to include her in my federal economic program PR application as accompanying common-law partner. My concern here is that we now need to list her residency address in Ireland and and mine in Belgium - do you think the fact that we are now not living together will affect negatively us being considered as common-law partners?
Then, as far as I understood, if the application is ultimately succesful she will also get a PR and I wouldn't need to then sponsor her. So basically we both get our PR status and enter the country together, right?
All in all, I wanted to ask if that procedure above is correct and the right one to follow? Also, do you think it might in some way actually put my PR app under risk as I have never mentioned her as common-law partner in the CSQ application (with the only reason for that being that we couldn't anyways prove that we have lived together for at least 12 months)?
Thank you so much for your encouragement dear Laithhisham, it means a lot for me.
I am doing nothing but being there, like many of our friends, for applicants who really look for answers. We all share our experiences and we all learn from each other. it is a real joy and happiness we are sharing
