I don't think it will affect federal stage. It might affect CSQ times and requirements but for new applicants in the future. Unless they decide to apply retroactive.

Why would it affect ? Why would they go retroactive? Let’s be positive
They need immigrants in Quebec to take the province forward , they may pass a resolution for lesser number than before as per their agenda , that’s possible , but this would affect prospective applicants
IMO ,People who have received CSQ, should not be affected at all

Is the federal stage for QSW-PEQ and QSW-REG the same (in terms of processing procedure and time). I was studying the data in the Excel sheet and found that processing time for PEQ is slightly shorter.

Correct me if I am wrong but this hashtag is only associated with delayed iranian applicants. What about the rest nationalities?

Not really, For Iranian applicant we also add delayed_Iranian_applications hashtag. So without the second hashtag I do not think the general one its going to show any nationality.
