For processing time calculation, CIC rounds off figures.

If processing time of 80% of worldwide application < 13.50 then CIC will show it as 13 months
If processing time of 80% of worldwide application >= 13.50 then CIC will show it as 14 months

I am about to hit 12 months this Friday I didn't received MR so far they are doing my crimnal since march.
For me its for sure not 13 months
