Quebec Processing time There are lot of MAD people in North

Canada Lover guys Do you know the total processing time for Quebec Skrill Immigration.
If you from Asia Pacific the forgot Quebec. Lets calculate total Processing time from my country Malaysia.

To get file no it will take 7 month 1'st stage 38 Month 2nd stage 3 month 3rd stage 9 month total =57 Month like 5 years
Nor turn to federal part 36 month if you got CSQ. like another 3 years total 8 years. (If you got CSQ after waiting 5 years).
Do you think this people are normal ????????

Why not they totally shut down there Immigration system.
Is any one know how to case file against this government in human right commission.

1. Quebec has it's own Immigration system, if you don't like the waiting, then don't apply.
2. Apply under EE is you qualify.

I also feel the same way like chang hua but at this point we do not have any choice as quebec follow its own rules. How I wish it follow the EE but it doesnt. In my case, my husband got a job in montreal and we all know that its difficult to get a good job in canada as an immigrant. So we do not have a choice but to go thru that tedious processing with very long waiting time and also that painful french exam which needed minimum B2 result. Once I found out all of this stuff, I feel sorry for myself and my husband. Some of my friends applied for FSW last dec 2014 and looks like they can get PR ahead of us. Feel cheated on this since my husband has a job offer and categorized as skilled A. We think our case should be prioritize since we have high chance of survival than those PR without job offer and ends up working in McDo or something else. How I wish the processing will be faster this year and next year onwards.
