Can anyone please explain how to answer these questions in the Quebec preliminary evaluation in a case where I have a degree from India.
Question 3 :
Was this diploma issued by an educational institution in Québec or elsewhere in Canada?
Question 4 :
Does this diploma fall under a Mutual Recognition Agreement (e.g., the France-Québec agreement)?
Also, is the degree from India considered towards the educational points ? Is there any kind of evaluation like WES required for this to be accepted ?

yes all degrees valid from any country, will be evaluated by Quebec authorities, No wes required they have their own system. This is what I have gathered so far.
Thanks for the reply. Do I need to do anything for the evaluation by Quebec authorities ? or is that done behind the scenes by them after I have submitted the application ?
