Guys can anybody tell me the difference between last year rules and this year rules for Quebec PR, some people telling that who got B2 level French can only apply for Quebec and who don't have B2 level are only allowed to file the application after September 2014, is it true?
I have A2 level I am getting points for eligibility, I am married so getting points from wife and kids, can I drop the application now

completely baseless. Even the person who has no french knowledge can apply for CSQ if he is achieving threshold points. the thing is if you WANT to claim points for your french proficiency then you have to have B2 level then only you will get points. That was the change of rule after 1st August 2013. For the new term since 1st april 2014 rules are same no change the only thing is that the cap limit has been decreased from 20000 to 6500 to process the pending application and reducing processing time.
