I am from India, having Mastor of Science(Botany) and Master of Education. Working as a Post Graduate Teacher for 5 years. 34 years old. One consultant offered me Quebec PR without IELTS.
Could I get Quebec PR without IELTS score?

Rule No 1. Never trust consultants & do not give them your hard earned money on false promises.

Calculate it for yourself if you get a passing score without English or French. I mean English scores are the easiest to get. Why would anyone not want points for English ?
