I wander if someone who has knowledge can help me. I just read on Quebec Immigration website that the government has passed new law and they have restricted the type of people who can submit new application till march 2013.
I want to apply under permanent worker. I have the following:
Diploma in Business Administration and Bachelor in Business Studies and 7 years of experience as Accounting assistant/Bookkeeper
My husband holds a master degree in Business Administration and 2 years experience in banking sector.
