1. I have recently created an account in Quebec Mon Projet and saved profile also but submission would be possible in the next intake in 2016, I guess. Please correct me if I am wrong?
2. In the next intake, can anybody submit Mon Projet profile or only those selected can do so? Payment is required after profile selection by Quebec gov. or before processing of profile?
I am actually not sure if the whole process is like this:
create Mon Projet account (1st intake)->Submit profile (2nd intake)->Selection by Quebec->Make payment & Submit documents->Quebec PNP received
OR

2. Anyone who has a valid account. Once successfully submitted in next intake you will get an email to pay the required fee and after that your application will be processed.
When you succeed to submit and be within the first 5000 to do so, you'll receive a notification to proceed for the payment, you'll have 30 days to do so,
How much time this Monproject will take ? can any one tell me the exact time for CSQ then PR, in total how many month or year it will take if everything is correct.

thanks, it mean for my country it will take 28 +9+3=40 months. would you recomned me to pay my Monproject fee which is due on 12 july or wait for Sinp nomination
