Quebec License and Car registration in CEC

I have an electric car bought in Quebec for which I got a rebate from Quebec Gov`t, now I want to move to Ontario for CEC as my job is also located in Ontario but I don`t want to change my car registration right now, because If I change my Car Registration to Ontario before a year, I will have to pay back the rebate which is quite big.
will having a Quebec license pose any issues with the CEC application?

To the best of my knowledge you legally have to transfer your car registration to Ontario within 90 days of moving to the province. This is also a requirement for car insurance purposes.
