Hi I am from the UK. I am currently studying to get a Bachelor's Degree. However I'm thinking in the next year or 2 when I finish, I may do a masters In Quebec. I have been interested in moving to Canada for a while now and heard about this immigration system they have in place different than the other provinces. If I did go I would be wanting to get permanant residance. I know that I need to learn french to apply? . But Would I be eligible for this program or is just for people who don't have a degree?
