I am applied Quebec immigration in Feb 2013 from India. In May 2013 I got file number. Then up to 2015 there is no updation from embassy. In Jan 2015 I received a mail( intention for rejection certificate) to submit some more documents before April 2015. I properly submit whatever they ask, My IELTS score is 5.5 and French A2. Now they again ask to complete B2 before 03/11/2017. Otherwise they reject my file. If I finish B2 when I get CSQ and complete my process. I am in very crucial situation. Please give me your valuable sujection.
