Quebec Immigration

Hi all

It has been five month that application is submitted to Quebec Immigration office in Montreal. The AOR is still not received and they did not deduct fee of immigration from my bank account. Can any one guide me about that problem?

It's been more than a year since I got my file number,am a nurse too ( priority) but nothing is progressing because am an Asian applicant (India)
