i have filed my application for selection certificate in June 2012, and i got my file opening confirmation in Aug 2012. But now in may 2014 the Quebec immigration is asking me to present the income tax returns of last five years. but i did not pay any tax in India, because my salary was not much that i had to pay tax. now i can file maximum two past years income tax returns as per Indian law. so can anybody please suggest me that how will they consider it ? and what other efforts i can do to satisfy them.
