Quebec Immg Best way to send application & report IELTS score to Montreal office

I am an applying for Quebec immigration.
Any good suggestions? Do you recommend sending by USPS? How about fedex or dhl?
I am wondering if immigration office sends notification of application received with file number. I am planning to request ielts to report test score after (and if) they confirm application received, so that when ielts sends result, they can match my test report with my application.
How have you reported your score? If I report score now, and it is received before my application reaches them, will this a problem?

i attached the IELTS result alongwith the application. im not sure what effect it will produce if received before or after the application.
