Guys
I am in the process of filing WP for Quebec under GTS working with Attorney & future employer.

Question is: For WP whether PCC is mandatory ?

I am currently in the US and i got my FBI Fingerprint done.. but due to COVID Atlanta india embassy is closed so figuring out how to deal this now ?

Can i request the attorney to proceed without PCC or PCC is mandatory. I got the US FBI done but now Indian PCC from here to Atl Embassy>India&Back going to be trouble due to COVID .

Any experience pls share.
