I applied for Quebec Program in 2013. I didn't get any file number.
Where Can I contact to get the update information? I am worried.
Can I reapply for Quebec immigration program again that I already applied for quebec ?
But I dont have any proof whether I applied or not.

After you filed your application in 2013 did you get any correspondence from MIDI?
