My project was to find a NOC B job somewhere in Canada and after a year to apply for CEC or to go to college , work off campus and then apply for CEC .
The announced changes in LMOs and the fact that CIC will change the rules about CEC January 1 2015 makes me think this project will not work .
So at this point I'm thinking to do the same thing in Quebec but I have a big question . Given that CIC will change LMOs and CEC , is it to be expected that Quebec will change his rules too or not ?
I know nobody can predict the future but maybe you , with all your experience , have an idea about how this things normally work ?
All advice is very welcome .
Thank you for your attention .

Is there someone with an answer or an idea for me ? I'm pretty desperate because I'm really willing to go all the way of studying French and create my Quebec experience working there , but I fear it would be for nothing . If someone can help I would be very grateful

Right now governament is planning to cut down large number of Outside worker...so local can find job easily...if some one has job as a foreign work...he will be lucky in future if he can continue....yesterday was a big debate in parliament....about foreign worker program...

Thank you so much for your answer Gogia . Does this mean that even if I get a job I risk to loose it ? Do all this changes apply to Quebec too ?
I have an employer who seems to be interested to hire me in Montreal but I would need to work for him for a year and then apply for the Quebec experience Program . All this sudden chnges confuse me

The changes apply to all of Canada, including Quebec.

The changes impact LMO approvals. If you already have a work permit and are working in a job, then you aren't affected right now. However you may be affected when it is time to renew your work permit and obtain a new LMO.

I do not have a work permit . I would need an LMO .So I'm worried about the LMO changes and the changes in Quebec Experience Program .
