Hi,
I am planning to apply for Quebec immigration and after calculating the points, i am eligible to apply. I have like 65 points without the adpatability factor which is good. My problem is that I have applied for PR before under FSW but since my job was not in the occupational list , i was sent a rejection letter and my fees were refunded. At tht particular time, i was so desperate to get PR for canada and in my application form i wrote i have 13 months workinge xperience while I have only 7 month working experience (I know its fraud, i have 13 month working experience but not continuous).
Now,tht i am fully qualify for CSQ, i am scared becuase of my previous application, i might be rejected. DO the quebec immigration check previous application as i know they have the database and for sure my name figures in it. I am really hoping on CSQ now. Wat if I get CSQ based on my real continous work experience (7 month) and then get rejected on CIC level? Is it worth applying coz i will be spending like CAD$2000 on the application. I am very desperate right now, tht's y i thought of writing it down...
I had a similar situtation, except for that i did not lie about anything..it was just the job duties are not matching up to 70% of the list occupation.
So, my occupation considered as non-listed. Now, I am on CSQ track.
For your case, I believe that you have been rejected for the same reason "non-listed occupation"..& not that you have lied about the duration.
I believe you should not have done this on first place.
But now you have a "brand new" opportunity..please do not waste it by a similar mistake.
If you have 13 months of non continuous, its ok.. idont think there will be problem with that. Be careful in the future though! good luck.
@ Iceberg: i guess its a bit personal question. Bro i get 52 points if i put my french as intermediate and other factors. Is that enough? i guess so..online response is positive but that is the case with most of the times i have seen here.
You can close to 65 points! is it dure to childern and wife? or just lots of work exp??
what i saw on canadavisa.com is that a single applicant should score min 55 points? do u have any other info on that?

Guys 55 is after adding the 6 adaptibility points.. which can only be calculated by embassy ppl after interview. before interview you need 49 points as a single applicant and 55 with partner... i have 52 points without adaptibily points...plus the result on the Quebec evalaution was positive... i hope it turns out to be ok!!
