Hi,
I have been approved by CIC yesterday, I also sent my Papers to Quebec Yesterday.
Everybody that sends his papers to Quebec in 2015 could join this thread so we can keep track.
How long is it taking theese days to get the CSQ?
Also is Quebec sending the CSQ directly to the Embassy?
Thanks!!

same for us last year (june). Quebec said they would provide CSQ answer within 4 weeks. So it's pretty fast. they also send one copy of CSQ to embassy, but most of the time they will request it again..... ( that's why Quebec send you 2 copies, one for your sponsored one, one for the embassy in case). When you receive it, you'll have to send the 2 copies and the letter to your sponsored person.
When I did mine in November, you had to mail it to the CIC yourself. All they did was tell the VO it was issued. At least that's what my approval letter said.
Sorry but i'm very confused, after getting CSQ do we have to send it to our VO and if we are supposed to send it then do we have to send it by email or mail?

The website should tell you http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html . That and when you receive the CSQ (which you will need your copy to register for Medicare) it will tell you whether you need to send it yourself or not and where to send it. It wouldn't matter who sent it, the sponsor or the applicant. As the applicant I sent mine in. I received it 16 days after I applied. Then I sent it to the VO (in my case, Ottawa) that had my part of the file.
Québec is being quite prompt with the undertaking applications. I sent my application on Feb 9th, the credit card was charged on Feb 13th, and the CSQ was issued on the 19th. I received it (in Montéal) on the 23rd, after the weekend.

Merci should have my credit card charged soon, I am just hoping everything is fine. Cic messed up my app when I sent it to Mississauga so I hope it will not happen with Quebec lol !
The same had happened to me. In Mississauga, I had been initially categorized as an inland applicant rather than an outland applicant. Fortunately, that was corrected after a call to the CIC call centre, and my application has since received Sponsorship Approval and been forwarded to the Ottawa office in a normal timeframe.
