can anyone throw some light on QUEBEC immigration ?

my case is as below:

We are from India and details are as below:

My Education: Master in pharmacy [total education years: 18 years]

My Work Experience: 7 years & 3 months [industrial pharmacy - Formulation Research & Development]

My Age: 31 years

IELTS score: 6.5 bands in each.

French: DELF A1 cleared.

I am Married, spouse: housewife, education: Masters in arts, age: 31 years.

1. Does my family and myself are qualifying for QUEBEC immigration ?

2. If not, then where are I am lacking ?

I tried the quebec website but it is not giving clear idea.
