So my mother has obtained her visa and is planning to travel to Canada and stay with us. My question is about her mandatoray quarantine (unfortunately, she is not exempted as she has received the Sinopharm vaccine). Does she need to quarantine at the city where she enters Canada? Or she can do the quarantine after taking flight connection in Canada at final destination city where we are living?
Also, it's only me and my wife living at our place and it is a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit. I assume she can take quarantine at our place as long as we ensure no interaction and physical interaction with her and she uses her own bathroom?

She can quarantine in her final destination but she can’t quarantine in your apartment because there is no way for her to adequately quarantine. Just opening her door to get food could spread covid to the rest of the family.

Thanks very much for your answer. So she can board her domestic connecting flight (though without being fully vaccinated) to reach her final destination? Have you ever seen a CIC document/site about this?
