Quarantine Plan

Hi All,

My mother is going to be arriving in Canada this month. Based on the requirements, we have to mention a quarantine plan(Please correct me if I'm wrong) even though she has the Approved Vaccine(both doses) of CoviShield. My questions are the following:

1. Do we provide those details in the ArriveCan app?
2. What details are needed?
3. Can she quarantine with me? I don't have any other place where she can stay.

Thank you so much for the response. Do you know if she has to upload the PCR test results on the app for every stop she makes? She has one stop in abu dhabi.
