Quarantine for May 2021 Intake? and which flights?

Should i assume i will have to quarantine for May 2021 intake as well? Like land in April? I was planning to book flights and initial days Airbnb. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Also people who have gone recently from India, which flights are best? Should i take the same airlines for connecting flights?
