Québec Selection Certificate

Hi All ,
I am an international student in Montreal. I would like to ask if I can apply for CSQ (Québec Selection Certificate) here in Montreal or I must go to my home country to apply. And What is the processing time for CSQ in Montreal? I am living in Canada since 7 months.

Please I need your advice.

Hi

you can apply for CSQ in montreal as an international student only after one year stay..else you will have to apply to where your home country category office.

Hi,
Of course you can apply to the visa office of your home from Quebec. You will get points also..Just for interview( if not waived off) you will have to go to the country..
