Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ)

Hi I have 5 year work permit and presently working in Montreal, How to apply for CAQ and how long it will take to process? Do I apply for Express entry or CAQ which is better/swift. Any benefit of having a 5 year work permit to get PR. Thank you in an anticipation.

Hey i'm in the same situation. I have a 3 year work permit and been working here since 4 months, i'd like to apply for permanent residence too. Which is a better idea - apply for CSQ or learn french and then apply for PEQ?
