Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi I am an international student in Montreal and going to apply for CSQ under regular program this month. I will add my spouse application in this however in the list of documents mentioned on Quebec immigration website it says
"At least two items proving de facto spouse status on which both spouses’ names
appear. Documents eligible as proof are:
– Shared financial commitment (mortgage, lease, joint bank accounts)
– Common bills (electricity, gas, telephone or Internet service)
• Official cohabitation certificate, where applicable

However I got married just 4 months back and my spouse lives in different country. So how can I show the above mentioned documents?
Is there anything else I can show as document in support to above requirement.

if you already married you don't need these documents , marriage certificate is enough , bills or shared account just for common-law relationships.

thank you so much for your reply. So as a proof of marriage I only need to submit my marriage certificate?
And I cannot see the IELTS requirement for spouse. Does my spouse have to give IELTS or not?

Also,

Do I and my spouse have to fill two different forms or the same form will work?

Thanks!!

marriage certificate is enough , translate it if it's not in English or french (translation should be by OTTIAQ translator).
Quebec just accept french for spouse so IELTS is useless for them, check this link
