cat fsw3
medical done sep 2010 (last year)
email vo in august back reply waiting for RCMP checks (we send ur fingerprints in march 2011 rcmp taking six months to process the file so result should not be available before september 2011

now im in dec 2011 nothing till now why?
my visa expired in august 2011 i applied for trv yesterday got the visitor record for sep 2012
shoul i interlink this with positive pint that my case is ready for finilization or should i treat both seperately

If I remember right we have been communicating earlier too on this subject.

There obviously is something wrong with your case... none of us could be privy to the reasoning info... now & thus our further opinions could be irrelevant. I say this b'coz the RCMP's verification report [if that's what your VO says is the only pending issue] cannot take this long.

I'd strongly suggest u to get your local MPP involved.

but i didnt understand what u mean to say
1. is there any problem with my documents i mean work experience or education? (as i already did the medical i know they send the medical only after verification of the documents) tell me if im wrong
2. or u mean to say some thing with my security/criminality thing
3. i didnt receive re do medical call as my 1st medical expired in sep 2011. when i emailed my vo last august 2011 vo told me we will request medical centre to extend ur medical but the decision will be theirs
4. today i order my caips notes hope i will hear gud thing before that (pray)

IMHO, Your file is stuck under security checks.
