Hi Qorax,

I recieved a letter from CIC Buffalo. It highlights that the VO has serious concern that I've provided false information and submitted fraudulent documentation related to employment reference.

I being an IT professional, was working on client site in the UK during my professional career [ 8 yrs back ]. The employer and my work companies were different.

When the CIC contacted the employer, they said that I never worked at that organization.

I'd submitted 2 other employer refence letters and this is VO's quote about them :

"All these letters are so similar to each other, that it is absolutely apparent that they were prepared by the same individual, even though they are purportedly from three different countries. I am not satisfied therefore that any of your letters of reference are genuine documents.

I believe that you misrepresented material facts relating to a relevant matter in the assessment of your application. For this reason your application could be refused.

The onus is on you to satisfy me that an immigrant visa can be issues to you. I would therefore request that you send any information or documents which you consider might respond to each one of my concerns within forty-five days. I must also advise you that failure to disabuse me of my concerns could lead to the refusal of your application persuant to subsection 40 of the Immigration & Refugee Protection Act.

I hope to hear from you within forty-five days. "

All the information provided in my application is true, I'm going to send the VO with letter/information and also supporting documents which might disabuse him of his concerns.

I would like to know that, do you see a glimmer of hope for me still ? If my letter with information and supporting documents convinces that my employment information is true, even though the refernce letter which I'd sent along with my application was not correct.

Also, god forbid if my application is turned down, can I apply for Canada PR under Canadian Experiece Class ?

Looking forward to your valuable advise.

Thanks,
Sunil.
