BOSS,

Atlast i got a refusal letter on June,01,2010. the visa off. mentioned in the said letter that "YOU DIDN'T PERFORM A SUBSTANTIAL NUMBER OF NOC-1111 JOB RESP. AS AN ACCOUNTANT". There wasn't anything except this lame excuse in the letter at all. I am an accountant and performing a real accountant's job at a big company in Bangladesh, though i confess that the Ref. letter was not writing & well presented according to NOC-1111 job resp. as specified in cic gadget but it was almost 90 % +- as like gadget.

I am really loose hearted with this decision and reqested to reopen my case to Singapore but the didn't open and forwarded me another letter not able to anything but invite me to reapply again.

But on 26/06/10 the NOC changed and my NOC is out of this new NOC.

In the refusal letter they said to refund my Fees within several months, but it is 04 months going but didn't get the money back and my Ecas still shows "Visa off. eligibility review completed"

What does it mean?

Please help.what is the next step in my case??

well mate i am sorry to hear that but its not a lame excuse since you agree your letter was nt good. take a refund and start looking into new NOC list to see if any of your work exp matches with one of the new list...

Captain,

Request your advise on my situation. Have applied for Residency in Canada under skilled work through a consultant. Application fee was paid in Aug'09 and AOR in Sep'09. Am informed today that CHC has send refund of the application fee without a refusal letter. Is this possible and what is the next step.....

Regards,
GP

Generally not possible. They'd attach a letter as well, or return the apps. R u sure your consultant did ever send the apps? ReCheck with them pls.

Hi

Its not possible at all, if CHC refuse the visa they send the letter stating the reason why they have refused the visa and did you send the RPRF fee with the documents which is returned ? because CHC does not return the fee paid to CIC. Secondly you can check the status of your application online if its changed to decision made then yes they have made the decision. As Qorax said check with your consultant if he even submitted the documents or not.
If it rejected then you need to know the reason before going to the next step.

Cheers
Saki

Thank you very much for your comments, Qorax and Saki. Much appreciated.
Don't think my consultant (Aries) is being honest. I was informed that this has happened to a few applicant but nothing to worry they are working on it and should have an answer by end Nov. The other twist to the story is that the refund cheque was dated April'10 but they received it only in Oct'10. Is CAIPS an option to get the true facts and do you think this is grounds to file a complain against the consultant/law firm.

Hi Saki,

All the documents including the police clearance letters from in India and UAE were handover to the consultant in Jan'10. The deadline was 120 days from 3-Sep-09. RPRF fee would been submitted by the consultancy firm. Have been checking the application status online using the immigration file number but it does not have any information.

They r talking bull****. if your e-cas do not return anything - probably your file doesn't exist at all... In that case - your CAIPS Notes also wouldn't reflect anything... & might not come thru as well.

Ps.: "Biju" asked me something, for someone like u, probably u... I have replied - Check with him.
