Can anyone suggest which is the best place to do Software QA jobs in Ontario?

I know Toronto area has most jobs but any other places i can consider apart from toronto?

Also, can someone suggest the technologies which have more changes of obtaining the jobs like Selenium, etc?

Yes. I did check it but it would re really helpful if someone who have tried searching for a QA job in Ontario can share their thoughts. Also, how good is Software & QA Engineering job markets in Ottawa?
