Q8 Personal History and Q12 List all your addresses?

Hi Friends

I need some guidance assistance while filling up above two questions on schedule A.

I have been traveling to US for short business trip, training etc etc on B1 for the client. Now during those period, I am still an employee of my company in India. Now I have following question...

Now what should I fill in for Q 8 ??
What should I mention under employer? I don think it should be US address of the company for which I am working in India?

And what should I fill for Q12 ?
Definitely I have to list down all addresses where I have lived so I will have to mention all addresses in US where I have lived.

For Q8: First, Schedule A should not change. It should be same as your FSW application.

They say "Name of the company, employer, school, facility as applicable.

So you can mention your india employer & within brackets give US location. I would strongly recommend to include a separate sheet, Hand written explanation of that job.

Whenever you think CIC might get confused, please include a self expalantion letter. They like it.

For Q12: Yes include all address where you stayed in US. Very careful, they will verify easiliy if it is US, rather than INDIA.
