Q13 , seniors advice please

I am about to submit my application, however I am really confused about how to answer q13 about status held .
I know for sure my country of origin is one entry since I hold a citizenship status there as we all do towards our countries. However; I have many travels , between conferences , short duration work assignments ( 3 months ) and tourist vacations ... and one long (8 years ) working residency that ended before I came and settled...
Are they demanding all these to be included ? Or which ones .. since none of these I held an immigration or citizenship status ..
