Q-express entry- certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?

when i calculate my express entry points there is 7th question-Do you have a certificate of qualification from a Canadian province, territory or federal body?
So i have done a power engineer course FROM canada but still i was not eligible to apply for job untill i clear a exam organized by provinicial body of Alberta. i wrote it and cleared, Now i have certificate stamped by government of alberta and that organization that says i am competent to get job in that field of my study.

So, my question is that is that certificate make that question`s answer "YES"??

You would answer no. This only applies to trades. Engineering is not a trade.
