What am I supposed to write about purpose of visit in SOP. I mean if I write about college and program then its very much clear that I want to study. I am actually not getting meaning of it. Please help me

you have to write about yourself and why did you choose this college. why do you intend to go and study in canada. what are your strengths and why should they allow you in there country.

You have to put yourself in the mind of the officer reviewing your application in that would you approve an application based on what you write.

So for example if you have picked out a random course that doesn't map to your education or any experience in your home country or part of any longer term development goals but the course is just a means to try for a PGWP or PR then that would not be seen as a valid purpose.
