3. With quite a few family members in Canada, hope your mom has immediate, dependent family in her home country, in addition to her other strong ties.
4. I would state a visit for meeting family/friends, general sightseeing, activities, etc. Do include a detailed day-by-day plan for this with expense estimates. Your mom must have the financial resources to pay for this visit plan

Should I include the ULTRA SOUND report in the additional section which triggers that my mother want to see her grand son beside meeting family members ? I also have my property evaluated by notary public. Shall I include it in the additional section ?
