HELLO. Im a RN in the Philippines and just arrived here in toronto to study PSW for 10months. I checked cic's website only to find out that being a PSW wont qualify me for Express Entry to be a Permanent Resident. I ran out of options. Can somebody help me what can i do? Should I choose other program since I am not yet enrolled? Pls help me with this. Thank you so much.
