I am working as a Personal Support Worker in Ontario, Canada.

My question- is this job falls under NOC B category and is this healthcare category based draws or not?

It falls under TEER 4 (NOC C or D) so not eligible for Express Entry. Express Entry is TEER 0-3. There are no longer NOC A-D but TEERS.
