hi anyone please give me some information ,I got mixed response as of yet we receive our pr confirmation on Jan 11 but my wife ecopr expires already on 12 feb 2023 and on her PR confirmation has old passport details , as of yet no PR card and now IRCC on strike I don't know how long they going to take

we required to travel to India and come back can we apply PRTD for her on expired ECOPR will they approve ?
And on PR portal the PRTD tab is greyed out , how can we apply ? Is there any other way

Did your wife actually land (virtually)? If she did, she just needs to apply for a PRTD to return to Canada. See this:

If she has NOT landed and her eCoPR is expired...see this (not sure if an expired eCoPR is treated the same as the CoPR, but...):

We have a plan to go Home country we already waited 3 months for PR card it not arrived yet ,

thts why I m confused to applying PRTD coz of expired ECOPR
So we can apply PRTD on the expired ECOPR right?

Yes you don’t need valid COPR for applying PRTD . All you need is copy of it .
