Are you compliant with RO?

You don’t need job offer letter when applying for PRTD unless you are trying to use it to justify something.

In the last five years I was present in Canada for more than 1100 days

I checked reasons for prtd rejection then found reason for pr rejection in this page
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...immigrate-canada/inadmissibility/reasons.html

  • financial reasons – if you’re unable or unwilling to support yourself and your family member… - I live alone but this part is confusing me as I don’t have a job in Canada now. This is what forced me to start this thread. Please advice

I want to apply PRTD from Saudi Arabia with job offer in hand. Can anyone guide me what docs to attach ?
How much time does it take for approval?

Your question does not make sense - you're looking at a page about immigrating to Canada, not anything related to PRTDs.

And at any rate, not aware that anyone has ever been asked about this when applying for a PRTD.

But if you want to read random pages on the internet to imagine reasons you could be rejected, I'm sure you could find some more.

Better would be stop it and just apply.
