Hi, does anyone know what the Vienna adress is to send my PRTD application? On the Cic website they keep refering me to VAC's but i dont want to deal with them. I know Vienna's general address but im unsure which departement to address it to.
Or is using a VAC mandatory when applying for a PRTD? I dislike using them because they charge all sorts of extra fees so I would rather mail to the visa office directly.

1. Pretty much Mandatory. You can try sending it direct, but I wouldn't hold my breath that they will deal with it.

Hmm how this a defendable practice though? Besides the IRCC $50 PRTD fee these VACs charge their own processing fees and they seem to be a non government organization. If all they do is forward applications and receive them back im unsure to what their benefit is.
VAC is mandatory. Although VAC is joke and not worth it -it is just a a document submission booth.. Somebody at CIC must have lobbied a relative's business.
